The company is led by Jane Hyde-Walsh who works with clients to identify the pain points in their businesses and develop solutions and strategies to help any business Aim Higher.

Often part of these solutions is the development and delivery of new and bespoke training or accredited qualification programmes.  These are delivered through our NCFE accredited centre by Associates including an Internal Quality Assurer who oversees the robust quality and integrity of all our programmes and courses.

We use virtual delivery models utilising online platforms and tools to deliver high quality engaging training that supports our learners to personally develop and meet their goals. This model has allowed us to extend our range and serve individuals and organisations throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.
