However, if your course is in English language, it can extend up to nine months under the same visa category. The Certificate of Enrolment required for your visa application will be issued by London Innovative Studies upon receipt of at least half of your tuition fees. When applying for the visa, you should bring the following documents to the British Embassy or High Commission:

• Your passport
• Proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses in the UK
• Academic certificates and qualifications
• Documentation showing your intent to return to your home country after completing your studies

Note: If you plan to take an English language course extending up to nine months, ensure that your visa covers this period. Switching visas while in the UK may not be possible.

Checklist before Departure
